Scope

These terms govern services provided by Digital Web Site, a Minas Alliance brand: website creation, technical integration, multilingual pages, hosting, maintenance, forms, technical SEO, local SEO pages and related services.

They complete the quote, order or contract accepted by the client. Specific accepted terms prevail in case of conflict.

Order, prices and payment

Each service starts with a discussion of the client’s needs. The quote or order defines scope, price, indicative timelines, deliverables and selected options.

Late or missing payment may lead to suspension of services, hosting, support or related services after notice.

Client obligations

The client provides texts, images, logos, access, legal information, translations, approvals and rights required for the project, and guarantees having the rights to submitted materials.

Delivery, hosting and maintenance

Digital Web Site performs services according to the accepted scope. Included corrections cover reasonable adjustments to the planned deliverable. Out-of-scope requests may require an additional quote.

When hosting is included, the website may be deployed through Cloudflare or equivalent infrastructure. Maintenance covers operations included in the selected plan.

SEO, intellectual property and liability

Digital Web Site applies technical best practices included in the offer, without guaranteeing ranking, traffic volume or commercial results.

The client retains ownership of provided materials. Pre-existing tools, methods, generic components and know-how remain the property of Minas Alliance or their respective owners.

Minas Alliance’s liability is limited to proven direct damages and to the amount paid for the relevant service, to the extent permitted by law.
